  • How to naturally induce your menstruation

Yes, there are two herbal things you can do to induce your period: drink certain herbs and steam your private part with them. But, that is only a support. The main thing is ruling out any underlying issues and most importantly our lifestyle. How does your diet look like, are you getting enough fats? All of our hormones are build from cholesterol, so you need to have an adequate intake of healthy fats. Avoid inflammetory food items such as seedoils, sugars, wheat, and highly processed ingredients. Keep your insulin in check (so limit blood sugar spikes by keeping strict pauses between meals, no snacking), bcs too much insulin in the body can dock on any receptors in your body, this includes your hormone receptors in the uterus, which means your testosterone can no longer convert to estrogen and then you have too many androgens (male hormones) in your body and that causes havoc in your system and can lead to hormone imbalances (issues like PCOS). Having pointed that out, here is what you can drink to induce your menses: 1. yarrow. This herb stimulates the uterus and helps with a boggy and weak uterus. You can drink 1tsp per cup and 3cups daily 2. Hibiscus. Affects estrogen levels and can induce menses and it also lowers blood sugar levels and decreases appetite, which could further help you. 3. Rose tea (the petals not rosehip!) 4. Rasberry leaf tea. Balances the hormones and helps with PMS and mood swings. 5. Chamomile. Relaxes the muscles and calms the nerves, which helps the body to funtion better in general. Is also anti-inflammatory and aids in digestion. For the V-steam: - basil - oregano - rosemary - yarrow Are traditionally used to induce menstruation, but you can mix it with other herbs as well, I do recommend buying from a brand that already has a pre-mix catered to your specific needs, if you are not familiar with V-steaming. If you have never done it before, then you must also research Yoni-steaming/V-steaming first, in order to do it correctly: General guideline is to never use steaming hot water. It should be at a temperature where you could drink the tea without burning your lips. Steam for 10-30 minutes, use only non-toxic materials, so cotton fabric and glass bowl or stainless-steel pot etc. And before any comments start hating against V-steaming, please..... It is an ancient practice that has been used in many cultures, yes even in traditional European medicine. And the results speak for themselves, from curing infertility to disolving cysts and fibroids, inducing menstruation and treating PMS and other related conditions.

  • Hair growth serum

DIY hair serum (+ my most unhinged hair growth hack) So I personally don't like to oil the length of my hair for various reasons, unfortunately it just isn't the best for my hair. I think it might have to do with hair porosity. But I still want the benefits of hair oiling bcs it is insane for hair growth mashaaAllah. That's why I focus on scalp-oiling instead, it is much easier to wash out as opposed to oiling the full length of your hair. I believe the best oils for the scalp (not the length!) are the following: Castor oil Peanut oil Argan oil Sesame oil Pumpkin seed oil Jojoba oil A little bit of black seed oil For 50ml I aim for 4-10 drops of essential oils, depending on how sensitive your scalp is. 15 drops is the max in my experience. 1 drop mint essential oil 3 drops lavender essential oil 5 drops rosemary essential oil I think it is easiest if you have an applicator like a roll-on or a fine pump bottle where you can put it directly on the scalp when sectioning your hair. Okay now to the unhinged hair growth hack. It is super controversial and parts of the internet would insult me for it. But basically it is scalp exfoliation followed by scalp oiling, but I do it like this: I take a bath and soak my head underwater for like 25min and then I gently run my fingernails over my scalp. I don't scratch my skin. But rather I drag them over the skin at a 35° angle or even so that the fingers are almost parallel to the scalp, so you don't damage the skin. Then I wash my hair and afterwards apply my hair serum on the scalp. Btw the bathwater, don't use any bathingsalts bcs it messes up your hair texture! Instead, I focus on detoxing the scalp by adding Ghassoul (or any clay) and Sidr powder to it. My non-controversial hairgrowth hack: every night before going to sleep let your head hang down your bed and put your legs up in the air. This helps with lympathic drainage and bloodcirculation. Bonus, if you can massage your scalp with Gua Sha tools, especially the acupuncture point Du20: https://www.instagram.com/reel/Dctm0NQp52G/?srtk=Njh6ZXExNnFmdW1k

  • Vanilla or chocolate cake (sugar- and glutenfree)

Ingredients for White cake: 8 eggs 200gr almond flour 200 gr hazelnut flour 1/2 cup honey 3 tsp baking powder (I use Reinweinstein) 1/4 tsp pure vanilla powder Pinch of salt Ingredients for chocolate cake: 8 eggs 200gr almond flour 200 gr hazelnut flour 1/2 cup raw cocoa powder 1 cup honey 3 tsp baking powder (I use Reinweinstein) Pinch of salt Directions: Mix the eggs until super fluffy and then drizzle in the honey. Add the rest of the ingredients and bake in a hot preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius until ready (you may have to cover the cake after 20min to prevent the top from burning) The ingredients have to be of good quality for a nice taste. Make sure the honey doesn't have a strong flavour like chestnut honey or similar types. The lighter the colour the more neutral the taste (in my experience). Flat and widespread baking molds work best 😉 Chocolate glaze 1 cup cream 250-300 gr chocolate Pour hot cream over the chocolate and let it rest covered. Than you can simply stir it and pour it over the (cooled-down) cake. The jam, you have to add it when the cake is still hot.

  • A caloric deficit won't fix that protruding belly

If you excercise and eat healthy, yet you still have that little pooch that sometimes bloats into a full-blown pregnancy bump, then a caloric deficit probably won't fix your problem, in fact it often makes it worse for women. The reason for that is bcs many women have hormonal bellyfat. Wanna know whether your bellyfat falls under that category? Then watch this Youtube playlist: https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQdyNssvIPmK3JmkB0NBB6sj7AK7wrqoY The thing with hormonal bellyfat is that it starts acting like an organ that sends out hormones, which then disrupt your hormonal system and makes your health worse. But, don't hate on your body for that, bcs SubhanAllah it develops this type of fat in order to protect your organs, bcs when you have excess cortisol, estrogen and toxins in your system, your body tries to keep those away from your organs, protecting them by storing it around your midsection in the form of hormonal bellyfat. You can watch Dr Mindy Pelz her videos for more in-depth info: https://youtu.be/l7IiUkn_WWw?si=uEW13sTi-LLMVS8s So, this info is already the first clue to reducing hormonal body fat, which is to lower cortisol. If you overtrain, or stress your body out with HIIT training or other stressful physical activities then that is absolutely counterproductive. Instead, I would focus on lots of walking and controlled weighttraining (for example 4x/week, with only 4 excercises, 2 sets with 8-10 reps). Whenever you feel stressed, try to move your body, bcs that is the most efficient way to use up cortisol. Literally, the worst thing you can do when feeling stressed, is to slouch down in a chair and scroll reels on your phone. Instead jump around, tap your body and move in any way possible until you find your chest calming down. Breathing excercises are also highly effective in lowering cortisol. Sleep is also essential in reducing stress on the cells. Women that are sleep-deprived often accumulate fat, especially around the midsection and the same goes for going to sleep super hungry or too full, undereating, skipping breakfast or eating meals that are not nutritious enough. Yes, all of these bad eating habits can give you that lower belly pooch. As for estrogen... I find it a bit more complicated to "balance" this hormone with progesterone. But basically, fibres help to flush out excess estrogen of your system. Most efficiently works broccoli and its sprouds bcs of the indole-3-carbinol (I3C) and sulforaphane, which helps the liver to break down the estrogen. Flaxseeds were also very popular until recently, but now we are seeing studies that suggest that they actually worsen high estrogen-levels, so I'd see and observe how well your body fares with it. As for progesterone, our happy femininity hormone, for that you have to ovulate, so that means you absolutely need insulin-spikes (yes!). This means, you definitely don't want to do any low-carb diets during ovulation, bcs you desperately need them! There is a reason why our appetite goes up during ovulation and we crave carbs, don't punish your body for communicating it's needs to you and eat that heavy meal, sis. Another huge factor is posture! I notice so many people walking around with a hip tilt. You can see it when the feet are not straight on the floor but pronate inwards. Most of the time it starts with tight and weak hip reflexors that cause the knees to cave in and then the feet become excessively pronated (you can see it in the flattening of the natural footarch). Like a chain reaction the hips become tight and you get an anterior hip tilt. This makes your belly protrude and your organs aren't properly kept in place, which can give you issues with your bladder and stomach and also causes lower back pain over time. Furthermore, it weakens your pelvic floor muscles and abdomen muscles, like your TVA. On a grand scale it also makes your bellyfat worse. So apart from training your muscles, a quick fix is to improve your posture right now: 1. Starting with your feet. Don't point your toes outward, make sure they point straight ahead and your feet are parallel to each other. And slightly tug your big toes to your heels into the ground, this will activate your muscles that form your natural foot arch. 2. Then make sure your knees are not completely straight but slightly bend, so you stand kinda relaxed "in" your knees so that you could easily bounce like on a skateboard. Look at your knees, are they caving inwards? If yes, then push them outwards until your knees look straight forward, while making sure your feet are not turning alongside but rather remain straight and parallel to each other. 3. Your hips. Imagine they are a bowl filled with water and you want to make sure nothing spills. Your belly button must NOT point downwards but instead point straight ahead. Imagine you tuck your tailbone forward and up, and your ripcage is being tucked inward in the opposite direction. This pattern is way more effective to enage your core, rather than just "sucking in" your belly button, bcs that will get painful real quick and can give you bladder issues. 4. Raise up your chest, bcs you chest helps to bakance your new center of gravity. Lastly, relax your shoulders down and slightly tuck in your chin. I know it sounds complicated, but if you do that long enough, it will become your natural posture and your belly will look much more attractive. Especially since bad posture can cause lymphatic fluid to gather around your belly area and become stagnant, which makes you look 10 times fatter. I actually mean this in a literal sense! Bcs our lymphatic system doesn't operate with a pump. So the lymph gets moved through your body's movement, and little movement and bad posture leads to stagnant lymph. Here's how you can support your lymph flow: - tapping - jumping - herbal foot soaks - legs up the wall - fascia release - cupping - gua sha Plus, there is actually such a thing as lymphatic drainage massage and specifically for the belly. This type of massage actually has an immediate effect and when you stay consistent with it, your belly will be significantly smaller. The next thing is waist training, which really helps with your posture improvement. But listen sis, a waistrainer is NOT a corset, so stop using it like one. The point of a waist trainer is to sit snug, so as to remind yourself to engage your core muscles. It is NOT to cinch your waist. My protip is to put castoroil on your belly, bcs this oil penetrates deeply into your issue and breaks up inflammation, yes even cysts and fibroids and it heals your skin from blemishes and stretchmarks. Then put a cotton wrap on your abdomen and the waistrainer on top (comfortable, not super tight). Wear it, when you are not super full and maybe when you have to get some work done at your desk and sit for a longer period of time. This leads me to my last point; fibroids. 70% of women have fibroids and they can also be the culprit for your bloating and protruding belly. Treatment is redlight directly on your abdomen and castor oil packs. Alot of info, but if you can practise these steps, then you can get your feminine belly back. Btw a natural moon shape (cute) pooch at your lower belly is perfectly normal and a sign of healthy fertility. Don't compare yourself with those covert transgender celebrities. Part of the satanic agenda is to inverse the genders and confuse people with how an actually female and male body looks like. Female hips are a decisive difference in the human anatomy that can be seen even on the bone structure level. We can never achieve the same flat V-shaped bellies as men and if we try to get those flat hard bellies then we will most certainly also lose our fertility alongside it. So stay healthy and sane, sis 🤗

  • Heavy metals detox

"Those white streaks in the sky are chemtrails (chemical trails), also known as stratospheric geo-engineering. Unlike jet contrails, which disappear in a few minutes, these trails start to expand and cover the sky with a milky white film of a toxic brew of chemicals, mainly aluminum, barium and strontium, and other materials such as arsenic, titanium and thorium have been found in samples." [Excerpt of this old article: https://mountainx.com/opinion/letters/121212educate-yourselves-about-chemtrails/ ] So a decade ago everyone thought geo-engineering was just some conspiracy crap spread by aluhat fearmongers. However, turns out, we now have official reports on cloud seeding and other technologies, which are apparantly used to combat climate change. Anyone remember the 2024 Dubai rain flooding that was caused by a miscalculation of cloudseeding-technology? So, yeah, we have already arrived at this stage of geo-engineering which has btw already been going on since the 1960s and had been developed and researched decades before that. I have observed, certain symptoms in people whenever the sky is dimmed and covered in heavy chemtrails, such as brain fog, headaches, a flushed face, dizziness, dry mouth, constricted chest, ringing head, eczema, lethargy and a heaviness in the body. Interestingly when you research symptoms of heavy metal toxicity, they will often overlap with those symptoms. So whenever I notice the flashed face, brain fog/headache and dark eye circles (my top 3 symptoms) then I do a heavy metal detox and alhamdulillah it works within a few hours. I have done alot of detoxes already so that's why it works so quickly, for other it might not have such an immediate effect. So you have to stay consistent in the beginning and be patient with it. These are the top binders, I use, starting with my most favourite ones: - chlorella (pressed tablets, heavy metal labtested) - activated charcoal (powder) - bentonite clay - siliceous earth - silicic acid - zeolith - spirulina I highly recommend that you google "chlorella heavy metal detox protocol" and simply follow that protocol to the T. That's how I started with my heavy metal detoxes and continued for some time. A word of caution. If you have never done this before, it will be quite uncomfortable, bcs there is alot of build-up in your gut. The heavy metals collect in your gutlining folds and build a mucoid plague that becomes the inhabitat for parasites. This is the reason why you should never do a parasite cleanse before you haven't removed the heavy metals. Bcs by simply immobilising the parasites, you can't get them out of your system and when they start to dissolve they release toxins and that can actually lead to a toxic overload. Anyway, back to the point, the reason why it will be uncomfortable is bcs you will get really bad brain fog, bloating, flatulence and smelly black feces, depending on how high your heavymetal load is. It's been 2 years since I did a proper detox protocol, now I just casually take binders. Hence, I highly recommend you look up a "heavy metal detox protocol" online. But here are some general guidelines I abide by: - take the binder 30min before a meal, bcs once you start eating, the pancreas squirts bile into the gut, which carries toxic waste. So you already want to disolve the binder and cover your stomach lining with it before eating. - gradually build up your chlorella intake over 1-4 months depending on how your symptoms improve. Some practitioners recommend taking it ober the course of 6-24 months depending on how high the heavy metal toxicity is tested. But I personally never needed more than 2 months, bcs I didn't test for an actual toxicity alhamdulillah. - I started with the recommended dosage on the package (so 4-6 presslings) before my biggest meal. Then within the course of 2 months, I gradually worked my way up to 4 presslings 3 times a day. (I have read recs of 1/4 tsp chlorella 4x/day working up to 1tsp chlorella 4x/day. But I feel like that is too much. So definitely do your own research) - if you do this for the first time, I highly recommend that you pair it with cilantro, another heavymetal binder. You can take it in the form of a capsule or how I prefer it, directly as powder. Or you can drink freshly mixed cilantro juice. 30 min after a meal. Again, you can work your way up to 3x/day. The detox protocol I followed, does 3 weeks chlorella and then 1 week cilantro. They do this cycle for a full 6 months. (Again, I never needed more than 2 months). Alongside the binder: - peppermint tea eases the bloating. You can even use the essential oil. Just add 1 drop to a tbsp coconut oil and swallow it. But honestly I believe the tea is just so much better. - vitamin C helps as a chelating agent and should be taken throughout the entire cleanse. You can do 1/4 tsp of powder daily. Too much VitC just leaves your body through the urine. Make sure it is not labgrown or from corn, but rather made from acerola, rosehip, or tapioca roots. - hydration is key. You have to drink alot. I highly recommend some kind of homemade lemonade to make it easier to drink. - fibres help to move the toxic waste from your gut. You can incorporate psyllium husk, chia- or flaxseeds, raw carrots and rice into your daily diet. - sweating out the toxins in a sauna, or through excercise is also very important. - same goes for detox foot baths or full body detox bath (with baking soda and epsomssalt, or clays etc) - dandelion seeds, turmeric and broccoli further aid the detoxification. You can drink the first two as tea and just eat the sprouts of broccoli, they contain 10-15 times the amount of glucoraphanin than the mature plant itself. - during the cleanse you must avoid eating any kind of seafood. Regarding the other binders, you must know that charcoal and zeolith are one of the strongest binders, so you actually have to be cautious, bcs you don't want to deplete your body of minerals and vitamins through them. So those are taken within a shorter timeframe. I used to be to afraid of taking activated charcoal, but after successfully going through those chlorella detoxes, I now love the charcoal binder. But I don't take it longer than 2 weeks max and I par it with a natural mineral/vitamin juice. I take 1/2 tsp charcoal powder with 1 cup of water and drink it before taking a detox bath or before going to sleep. As for bentonite clay, and the silica clays, I mixed them together and take 1 tsp after a meal if I feel brain fog or have a strong headache. But I only ever take either chlorella or either charcoal or either zeolith... you get the picture.

  • Non-toxic pedicure at home - more than just a beauty Treatment

Our skin is an organ and just like our liver, it is also a medium that detoxes the human body. And the skin on the soles of our feet is actually unique SubhanAllah, bcs it has the largest pores on our body and so through the feet, our body can detox waste material. So, yeah people that have stinky feet, often have a health issue or toxic overload. Yepp, you can actually detox your body through your feet. That's also why you shouldn't wear plastic slippers or other toxic material directly on your feet, bcs those toxins enter your body through the pores. In traditional chinese medicine (TCM), the feet are an indicator of your health; cracked heels can be due to a liver problem, for example. There are also certain meridians that go from your feet directly to your liver, gallbladder or womb. That's why women should never have cold feet and always wear wool socks at home to avoid getting a cold womb (that's also why you treat symptoms of a cold womb by applying a fenugreek poultice on your feet, or soaking the feet in ginger/black pepper/ chilli or other herbal mixtures). Or for example, having to pluck the hair on your toes so often is super annoying, however it is actually a good indicator of having a healthy cardiovascular system, so good blood circulation. But enough of those side infos. I want to share with you a simple non-toxic pedicure: If you want to detox, then add baking soda and epsom salt (I use 1 cup in total) to a stainless steel pot and add hot water. Soak your feet for at least 25min (bcs after 20 min is when the body truly begins to detox). Then use a pumice stone on your foot soles. Yes, that is all you need for soft soles. You don't need any crazy peels or electric files or stuff. If it doesn't work, then you have to file faster and harder, just like falling on concrete can erase your skin... it's the same concept. If you have really bad feet, than soak them in ginger water instead, just use 1/2 - 1 tsp dried ginger powder. But, in TCM that is used to boost fertility and especially for people that have too much coolness in their body, so if you are on the other side (warm and flushed), then be mindful of that bcs it can make you feel hot and sweaty, for the next following days even. Yet, ginger really helps to soften tough skin, so you be the judge :). Then just use nail cleaners (this metal tool with a pointy tip) to go under your nails and around it, to remove any dead skin. Yes, you don't need to clip/file away your cuticles, bcs after a long foot bath they are so soft, you can just wipe/scrape them away with that metal nail cleaner or even a cuticle pusher. Then just oil your feet. Generally, I highly recommend before going to sleep, that you put castor oil on your feet and wear lose cotton socks. Castor oil penetrates deeply into your tissue and breaks up any swelling in your feet, it is even used to treat bunions and other joint issues, apparently it even helps with athritis. Oiling your feet daily, will significantly reduce your maintance care. Also, if you just quickly go over your foot soles with the pumice stone everytime you take a bath, you won't develop dry heels to begin with (unless you have liver issues). There is one more thing I want to mention, which you fascia. Often times people think they have dry foot soles, but in reality they have fascia issues. For example, if you have small white balls around your heels shining through, then that means you have dry fascia. The same goes for hard places on your soles that aren't calloses. To get rid of them, you just need a Gua Sha tool and massage them out regularly, like after a foot bath. This is not only for asthetic reasons, bcs your fascia is connected throughout your entire body and when it dries up, it can quickly lead to discomfort in other places of the body, like your lower back or shoulders. Also, if you want healthy and pretty feet, I highly recommend switching to shoes that have a wider toebox, like barefoot shoes. Generally, barefoot shoes really do help in improving your knee-hip allignment and overall posture.

  • Moroccan Date Cookies

What makes Moroccan date cookies different from Algerian ones is the clove powder that is added to the date paste. In Arabic they are called K3ak An-Nqqash which means "the cookies of An-Naqash"which is a tweezer tool that is used to decorate the cookies to give them their distinct design. But, there are also molds you can use to skip this tedious process. Making these cookies is not difficult at all, however they are quite time-consuming. I sweeten them only with a little bit of honey, so there is no added sugar in them. With this recipe you will get about 42 cookies. Ingredients Cookie dough: Ingredients for the Cookie dough. 1 kg white flour (sifted) 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda Vanilla powder A dash of salt 250 gr butter (roomtemp.) 250 gr smen or ghee (roomtemp.) 2 eggs (roomtemp.) 3 tbsp honey Optional: 2 tbsp black seeds 1 tsp gum arabica powder 1-3 tbsp orange blossom water Date paste: 1 kg dates (pitted and cut into small pieces) --> The best dates are soft ones that are not too fresh. My favourite picks are Sukkari and Khudri, or Lulu is also okay. 70 gr sesame seeds 50 gr soft butter 2 tbsp orange blossom water 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp clove powder Bake at 180°C for ~12min Instructions for the cookie dough: 0. If you don't have ghee, then simply make your own by browning 265 gr butter in a pot. Let it cool completely before using it. 1. In a bowl mix the eggs and honey together. 2. In a seperate bowl sift together the dry ingredients and add the black seeds. 3. Add the butter and ghee to the dry ingredients and gently mix it. (Don't knead but rather stir and rub to combine everything. This is the trick to getting soft cookies, bcs if you handle the dough too much, it will develop gluten and the dough will become tough.) 4. Once there are no big lumps of butter nor ghee left, you should end up with a consistency that is like semi-wet sand. Now add the egg-honey mixture to it and as much orange blossom water as you need (I usually add two handful so about 4 tbsp orange blossom water). 5. Let the dough rest for at least an hour and if the room temperature is very high, then put it in a cooling bag. Or leave it overnight in the fridge and the next day let it slowly soften in a cooling bag to avoid condensation. Instructions for the date paste: If you have old dates that are very hard then shortly steam them, just so that you can knead them into a paste, so not too long (approximately 3 min). Add everything to the dates, except for the butter and knead it into a dough. Once you have a smooth paste, add the soft butter, it will prevent the dough from being too sticky and you can easily roll it into small balls. If you want all pieces to be equally big, you can weigh 40gr balls. Thus, you will end up with about 42 cookies. However, I don't like spending time on that, so I simply divide the dough in four pieces and then keep quartering it until I have small enough pieces. Roll them into balls and put them in the fridge for about 20 mins. Do the same with the cookie dough, so that you end up with the same ratio of cookiedough balls and datepaste balls. Make sure the date paste is not too cold before using it, it should be soft enough so that you can easily shape it. Now, there are several ways you can assemble the dough with the paste: The traditional way: Form the date paste into sausages. For one cookie, roll out the cookie-dough ball between two sheets of plastic wrap and then coat the date-paste sausage with it. Now simply put it in your mold or create little fold with a Nqqash, the tweezer tool. The Moon cake way: This is my favourite way, bcs it is the least amount of effort and looks fancy: Coat the date-paste balls with the cookie dough and form into a ball. Now shape it with the moon cake mold. The Makrout way: Part the date paste in four pieces and roll each into a sausage. Do the same with the cookie dough and coat the date paste with the cookie dough. Cut each sausage into smaller pieces and adjust their shape. Or, roll out the date paste into a rectangle. Divide the cookie dough into two pieces and roll them out into rectangles. Place the date paste in between and then cut into pieces. In a preheated oven, bake the cookies at 180 degrees celsius for about 12min and let them cool slightly before you move them, so that they don't crumble.
